Billing questions
What happens when the 7-day trial ends?
It becomes a monthly Pro subscription. The exact renewal date and amount are shown before you pay, and you can cancel any time before the trial ends.
Is the one-time export a subscription?
No. It is a single payment for a single premium export. Nothing renews and no card is charged again.
Do export credits expire if a file fails?
A credit is only used after an export finishes successfully. Failed or cancelled processing never consumes a credit.
Can I switch between INR and USD?
Pricing follows your billing country. Once a subscription starts, it stays in the currency it was created with.
Where do my documents go?
Most tools run entirely in your browser, so those files never leave your device. Documents you choose to save to your workspace are stored privately and deleted automatically after their retention period.
