Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

If you bought the ₹49 7-day trial, cancel before the trial ends to avoid the monthly charge. The exact renewal date is shown at checkout and in your account.

When we refund

• The service failed and we could not fix it. If a tool did not produce the output you paid for, tell us and we will refund that purchase in full.
• Duplicate or accidental charge. Refunded in full.
• Subscription renewed unexpectedly. If you contact us within 7 days of a renewal and have not used the plan in that period, we will refund that renewal.
• Unused export credits. Refundable within 14 days of purchase, in proportion to the credits you have not used.

When we usually cannot refund

• Credits or exports you have already used, since the work has been delivered.
• A completed subscription period you used normally.
• Change of mind after substantial use of a paid plan.

These are guidelines, not absolutes. If your situation seems unfair, write to us and explain — we would rather refund a borderline case than argue about it.

Failed exports do not cost credits

A credit is consumed only after an export succeeds. If processing fails, your credit balance is untouched and there is nothing to refund. If you see a credit deducted for a failed job, that is a bug — report it and we will restore it.

How to request a refund

Email support@dockeazy.com from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the payment. We reply within 2 working days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks typically take 5–7 working days to show the credit; that part is outside our control.

One-time purchases

The ₹79 one-time export is a single delivery, not a subscription. It never renews and there is nothing to cancel.
